Our first West Midlands Shack will be located on the first floor at Birmingham Grand Central shopping centre.
We couldn’t be happier to be opening our doors to Shake Shack Birmingham Grand Central on 10th December June 2024 at 12:30PM.

Inspired By Brum
We have collaborated with Birmingham-based illustrators Lauren and Liv, also known as Pickle Illustration, to create a unique mural for the interior of our Birmingham Grand Central Shack; who draw inspiration from Birmingham’s iconic landmarks and Shake Shack’s menu.
What to expect
Located on the first floor at Grand Central shopping centre (Unit 32 & 33), our Birmingham Shack is the perfect spot for burger fans to stop by during their commute or after a long day of shopping. Our new restaurant has seating for up to 84 guests, perfect for large groups.
You can get your hands on all the classic Shake Shack core menu items, including our iconic ShackBurger®, Chicken Shack, our vegan Crispy Shallot Burger, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Flat-top Dogs, ShackMeister® Ale and hand-spun shakes. We’ve got something for everyone + our limited-time menu will also be available at our new Birmingham Shake Shack.
In a hurry? We offer Click & Collect!. Simply place your order online, select your preferred pick-up time, and head over to collect your order. So you can enjoy Shake Shack on your schedule!
