Green Curry Menu 101

Inspired by our opening in Thailand last year and the UK’s long standing love of curry, we developed a menu around spicy & herbaceous Thai green curry.  

For our sauce, we start with a vibrant green curry paste packed with chilies, aromatics, and spices. A shot of fish sauce and fresh herbs give our green curry mayo that signature Thai green curry flavour with a lingering heat, funky salinity, and an herbaceous aroma. To finish off the burger, we add a mix of fresh Thai basil, mint, and coriander. The fresh, aromatic herbs (Thai basil, mint, and coriander) and cucumber slices add some contrast and coolness to tame the heat from the sauce. A pile of crispy shallots for the burger and shredded cabbage for the chicken burger add a textural contrast while maintaining the Thai green curry essence. 

Thai Tea Shake

To complement the food, we looked to traditional beverages from the region and found the perfect pairing in the Thai Tea shake. Thai tea is black tea that is amped up with spices like star anise, cardamom, and cinnamon.  Its glowing orange hue stands out and turns an orange creamsicle colour when mixed with milk.  

For our shake, we simply make a concentrated Thai tea mix and add it to our house-made vanilla custard. We top it with whipped cream and toasted coconut to add another layer of aromatic flavour to this vibrant shake.
