Yes, Shake Shack delivers! Order online through your favourite delivery platforms including Deliveroo, Just Eat, or Uber Eats. Delivery hours may vary by location, so it’s best to check your local Shake Shack for details.

Shake Shack’s hours vary by location. Some locations have extended hours, so we recommend checking your nearest Shack by visiting the location page on our website.

You can find our menu here. From iconic ShackBurgers and crinkle-cut fries to creamy hand-spun shakes, we’ve got something for everyone.

To order via Click & Collect, click ‘Order Now’ under your preferred location to place your order. Select ‘Takeaway’, add your favourite Shake Shack menu items and proceed to check out. You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details via email. When you arrive, your order will be ready for a quick and easy pickup.

The chicken in our UK Shacks is slaughtered in a Halal plant and is Halal-certified as raw material. However, we must highlight that we do also sell non-halal menu items in our Shacks – such as our beef and bacon. 

While we prepare the chicken items separately, our kitchens are not exclusively Halal. Therefore, our UK Shacks are not fully Halal establishments due to the presence of non-Halal menu items.

Our ‘Shroom Burger, features a crispy-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted cheddar cheese, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and our special ShackSauce. (Vegetarian)

Our Crispy Shallot Burger, specially created with chef Neil Rankin, features our one-of-a-kind vegan patty, beer-marinated crispy shallots, and a tangy dijonnaise sauce. Pair these with our iconic crinkle-cut fries and enjoy a plant-powered feast. (Vegan)

Our Grilled Cheese: keeping it simple with American cheese melted in a grilled potato bun (Vegetarian)

Our buns contain gluten. However, you can opt to customise your burger for a bun-less option with a lettuce wrap instead. Before ordering, please refer to our allergens page and the ‘gluten present’ column, which outlines individual ingredients and gluten presence.

You have the option to customise to your Burgers and Hot Dogs without cheese or sauce. For sides, our crinkle cut fries are a great option. For more details, please refer to our allergen menu, where you’ll find all the information you need.
