And honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Our London Bridge restaurant is set beneath the iconic glass-vaulted roof of Hay’s Galleria, right in the middle of the Tooley Street buzz – surrounded by riverside views, city energy and some elite-level people watching.

Her artwork blends iconic Shake Shack moments with the energy of London Bridge in a way that somehow feels both whimsical and extremely accurate.
