Ready to shake up your taste buds this new year? From January 7th to March 4th 2025, we’re bringing back our much loved Shallot themed limited-time only menu to Shake Shack – packed with bold, mouthwatering flavours designed to make your winter days a little brighter!
The burger…
Our vegan Crispy Shallot Burger, created in collaboration with renowned chef Neil Rankin, features a bespoke vegan patty packed with roasted mushrooms, onions, miso, bulgur wheat, and a blend of spices that delivers big, bold flavour. It’s smoky, savoury, and seriously satisfying.
And there’s more! We’ve topped this juicy patty with the good stuff: smoky vegan cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots (because who doesn’t love a bit of crunch?), and a generous dollop of Dijonnaise sauce that adds a creamy, tangy kick.

We’re taking our beloved crinkle-cut fries to the next level with some beer-marinated crispy shallots, drizzled with creamy Dijonnaise sauce, and finished off with a sprinkle of fresh spring onions. It’s the perfect sidekick to any burger.
