Cheers to a smokin’ weekend
What a smoking weekend! On Friday, 2nd September, we brought Londoners a special Béarnaise Burger to Meatopia.
Meatopia is the legendary festival of food, fire, smoke and live music and it takes place each year at Tobacco Dock, Shadwell, London. Over three fiery days, 70 of the world’s best live-fire chefs were invited to cook exclusive dishes.
We featured the Béarnaise Burger: Dry-aged beef burger topped with mature cheddar, pickled red onions and beef fat bearnaise mayo.
The Cult of Shack
Mark Rosati, our Culinary Director flew in all the way from LA for the occasion and on day 2, took to the stage and showed guests how to smash the perfect burger.
