Quality food
We pride ourselves on sourcing incredible ingredients from farmers, bakers, and food purveyors who all share our values. We’re dedicated to ensuring that all our meat is antibiotic and hormone-free.
Our burgers are made with 100% Aberdeen Angus beef, grass-fed on UK pastures, made from premium whole muscle cuts – with no hormones or antibiotics, ever – it’s the founding DNA of our menu.
Our chicken is real white meat that’s fresh, never frozen. Our flat-top dogs? 100% all-natural German beef. Our fries are crinkle-cut golden potatoes with no trans fats.
Our dense frozen custard
Our vanilla and chocolate frozen custard only use real sugar (no high-fructose corn syrup) and milk from dairy farms who pledge not to use artificial growth hormone.
Don’t call it ice-cream, our dense, rich and creamy frozen custard is the real deal — and we spin it fresh daily at the Shack.
Shakes – choose from Vanilla, Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Black & White, Strawberry or Coffee.
Concretes – dense frozen custard blended at high speed with mix-ins. You can make your own or choose from a selection of signature concretes (the-crazy-great combinations are specific to each Shack.) Available in single or double.
Each Shack features a selection of local partners and purveyors.
Our faves include:
- Pie Oh My! – Vanilla frozen custard, with a seasonal slice of Outsider Tart pie.
- Union Shack – Chocolate custard, fudge sauce, ST JOHN chocolate hazelnut brownie, Paul A. Young chocolate chunks, chocolate sprinkles!
- Lilly Vanilli Crunch– Vanilla frozen custard, caramel sauce, toffee and Lily Vanilli salted caramel popcorn. Found only in our Mansion House Shack.
- Floats – Bottled root beer from Abita Brewing Co. and local craft breweries, or any of our sodas, Creamsicle®
- Cups & Cones – Handmade frozen custard in vanilla or chocolate. Snag a single dip or double dip!

Treats for those with four-feet! Treat ’em to our PoochiniTM – Two red velvet dog biscuits and vanilla custard! Or big Bag O’ Bones® A cheeky doggie bag of 5 red velvet dog biscuits made by Outsider Tart.
Our dog menu is available at most Shack Shack’s except airports and international outposts.

Meet our ShackMeister® Ale & Lager, otherwise known. as ShackBurger’s BFF. Our team collaborated with Thornbridge Brewery, who created this stellar beer to pair up with our tastiest menu items. If wine’s more your style, our incredible house red and white, made exclusively for us, are patiently waiting for you to take notice.
Draft – ShackMeister® Ale & Lager made just for us from Thornbridge Brewery.
Bottles and Cans – We thoughtfully select local brews tailored to each location. Check our your neighbourhood Shack for the full offering.
Wine – Shack Red® and Shack White® available by the glass or bottle. We hand-pick a variety of wines to complement the Shack menu
Fancy a tipple?
Fancy something with a bit more of a kick? Why not try our alcoholic shake, ‘The Hard Shoulder’ A caramel shake blended with a warming double shot of Monkey Shoulder whisky. Or spice up the homemade lemonade and add in a little London Dry Gin from the East London Liquor Co. Or a dash of London Cup from Sipsmith. Perfect for those summer burger sessions.
