We’re looking for a Local Marketing & Menu Management Executive to support Shake Shack’s growth and strengthen our brand presence across the UK. This role is a mix of creative local marketing and detailed menu management. You’ll work with landlords, communities, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaigns, new openings, and menu changeovers. You’ll be a key connector between our Shacks, central marketing, design, supply chain, and operations, making sure our menus, partnerships, and local activations drive awareness, footfall, and brand love across every Shack.
