‘Tis the Season for Shake Shack’s Black Truffle Menu

Shake Shack is truffling around town.

Our Black Truffle limited time menu is here from 5th November 2026 to 6th January 2027, giving Shack favourites a festive upgrade with a rich black truffle sauce made with Italian black truffle oil.

Same Shack you know and love, just a little bit fancier for the festive season.

So, what’s on the menu?

Black Truffle Burger

Our cheeseburger has put its best outfit on.

Aberdeen Angus beef and melted Emmental cheese, topped with black truffle sauce, rocket and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun. 

Black Truffle Chicken

Crispy chicken breast topped with pickled red onions, rocket and black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun.

The pickled onions bring a tangy kick that cuts right through the creamy umami of the truffle.

Black Truffle ‘Shroom

Our ‘Shroom Burger has been waiting all year for this.

A crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with a blend of melted cheeses, topped with black truffle sauce and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun. 

Black Truffle Fries

Our crispy crinkle cuts, topped with black truffle sauce, crispy shallots and chopped spring onions.

Technically a side. Nobody will judge you for treating them as the main event.

Black Truffle Chicken Bites

100% chicken breast, crisp-fried to order and served with black truffle sauce for dipping.

Easy to share with the table. Even easier to keep to yourself.

Black Truffle Onion Rings

Crispy beer-battered onion rings made from sliced sweet Spanish onions, served with black truffle sauce on the side.

The only rings we’re getting excited about this festive season.Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch Shake

Now for the sweet stuff. 

Frozen vanilla custard blended with salted chocolate hazelnut spread and crunchy chopped hazelnuts, encased in a crackable dark chocolate shell and topped with whipped cream and more hazelnuts.

Tap the shell, crack it open, try to act casual.

Sparkling Blood Orange Lemonade

Real blood orange mixed with our house-made sparkling lemonade.

Bright, citrusy and a little bit tart. Think of it as the palate cleanser between truffle courses.
