So we decided to make the next best thing: the Island limited-time menu – a full-on tropical escape, no passport required, available at Shake Shack from 7th July until 23rd September.

Think: holiday energy without the airport stress.

Let’s get into it. 

Island Chicken Burger

Think crispy coconut chicken, tropical slaw and a sweet chilli kick, all coming together in one seriously satisfying burger.

One bite and you’ll start acting like you’re “just back from somewhere warm” even though you’re sat in the UK.

Sunshine in a bun. No SPF required.

Island Chicken Bites

For the snackers, the sharers, and the “I’ll just have a few” liars.

The Island chicken bites bring sweet chilli, a little heat and plenty of crunch, with habanero mayo on the side for dipping.

Island Fries

Fries, but make them dramatic.

Topped with creamy habanero mayo, cherry peppers and a hit of spice, the Island fries are the side that somehow steals the spotlight.
