We’ve always had a deep appreciation for truffles and their ability to transform any dish—especially a burger! To celebrate our new White Truffle Menu, we’re tapping into our fine-dining roots to bring “The Truffle Table” to our Camden Shack on 14th November.
A £25 per person prix fixe tasting menu, which includes:
A table for two complete with an elevated tablescape
A White Truffle Burger
A White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger
Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce
How to Book
“The Truffle Table” experience will take place at our Camden Shack on 14th November 6-8pm. Reservations start today! Don’t wait to snag a table for two – we expect to sell out quickly. Reserve your spot here.
The latest Shack has hit the streets of Camden Town. The minimalist design is whipping up big impact burgers and shakes while donating a proportion of sales to Camden Foodbank, a charity supporting local people who are in food crisis. We’ve come a long long way from our modest start as a hot dog stand, now with 360 locations across 83 countries. Where should we go next?
Where to next?
We want your help. What town have you been desperate for some crinkle cut goodness and had to settle for something else? Which high street needs some applewood-smoked bacon in their burgers? We can’t promise a new Shack is going to pop up in Paris tomorrow but we promise to share the most popular spots and fight to get burgers where they’re most wanted.

We’ve teamed up with our bestie and award-winning chef, Ravneet Gill, to bring you an exclusive Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake.
Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake
This shake is the perfect fusion of Ravneet’s signature sticky toffee pudding blended with our spun-fresh frozen vanilla custard, all topped with crumbled sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and Maldon salt.
Sip and Support The sweetest part? £1 from every Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake sale will be donated to Magic Breakfast, a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools.

Cheers to a smokin’ weekend
What a smoking weekend! On Friday, 2nd September, we brought Londoners a special Béarnaise Burger to Meatopia.
Meatopia is the legendary festival of food, fire, smoke and live music and it takes place each year at Tobacco Dock, Shadwell, London. Over three fiery days, 70 of the world’s best live-fire chefs were invited to cook exclusive dishes.
We featured the Béarnaise Burger: Dry-aged beef burger topped with mature cheddar, pickled red onions and beef fat bearnaise mayo.
The Cult of Shack
Mark Rosati, our Culinary Director flew in all the way from LA for the occasion and on day 2, took to the stage and showed guests how to smash the perfect burger.
What a weekend!
We were thrilled to be a part of Meatopia and look forward to seeing you next time!

We’re thrilled to join forces with Chef Karan Gokani, Director of Hoppers, to serve London Shack fan’s the Lankan Shack and Chilli Cheese Fries.
Shake Shack Teams Up with Hoppers to Cook Up One-off Creations
This two-day-only collab features the Lankan Shack, cheeseburger topped with curry-braised short rib, coriander chutney mayo, mustard cream, pickled red onion, fresh coriander and green chilli served in a toasted potato bun.
We’ll also be serving up crinkle-cut fries dusted with curry salt and topped with our Shack cheese sauce, green chillies and curry leaf podi.
There’ll also be Toddy Ale, the love child of India’s Pale Ale and Sri Lanks’s coconut toddy. Unpasteurised ‘Sri Lankan pale ale’ with tons of juicy hops, finished with coconut for a smooth mouth-feel.
How to nab the Lankan Shack & Chilli Cheese Fries
You can grab the Lankan Shack and Chilli Cheese Fries on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th December at the Covent Garden Shack from 12pm onwards whilst stocks last.
As part of our mission to Stand for Something Good, we’re committed to supporting and investing in our local communities.
Net proceeds from The Lankan Shack and Chilli Cheese Fries will be donated to The Felix Project, London’s largest food redistribution charity that rescues surplus food from the food industry to deliver to frontline charities, primary schools and holiday programmes to help feed local communities.
Meet the Chef
We sat down with Chef, Koran Gokani to get the scoop on everything, from his story behind the creation of Hoppers to the inspiration behind this collab.
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF & YOUR CAREER
I grew up in Mumbai and moved to England in 2005 to study law at the University of Cambridge, later worked as a Solicitor in London.
Even as a practicing lawyer, my passion for food has never faded, I spent my spare time and weekends in professional kitchens. In 2012, I left my legal career to move back to India to reconnect with Indian food and pursue a career in hospitality.
A year later we opened a Sri Lankan and South Indian restaurant on Frith Street, Soho in 2015. The Hoppers group now spans three restaurants in Soho, Marylebone and Kings Cross.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO OPEN HOPPERS?
Hoppers was the first Sri Lankan restaurant of its kind in Central London.
It takes inspiration from the home cooking and roadside stalls of Sri Lanka and South India, serving Hoppers, Dosas, Kothu, Short Eats, Rice and Roasts.
WHY PARTNER WITH SHAKE SHACK?
Mark and I have been discussing a collab burger for the past 3 years. As we finally saw this becoming a reality, we wanted to create a burger that represented both our brands but was, at the same time, much more than the sum of its parts.
We think we’ve nailed it and have a burger that’s got everything a beautiful Shack burger should have, along with the spice, curry and punchy flavours you’d expect from a dish at Hoppers.
Our fries were inspired by one of my favourite dishes at Hoppers, the chilli cheese dosa, a crisp rice and lentil crepe topped with cheese and green chillies. I’ve eaten my bodyweight in these while testing and shooting the recipe and have no doubt they are the best fries I have ever tasted!

The National Burger Awards is the biggest and best celebration of burgers across the UK. The unique one-day competition sees the cream of the crop battling to impress a panel of industry experts.
The only vegan burger to make the National Burger Awards shortlist was our Crispy Shallot Burger, a bespoke vegan patty created in collaboration with Chef Neil Rankin, topped with smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and tangy Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun – all 100% vegan.
Fist bumps all around!
If you fancy trying our Crispy Shallot vegan burger then head to your local Shack, or order online for delivery + takeaway.
With over 300+ Shacks around the world, we tailor our menus and experiences to celebrate the local communities and places we proudly call home.
For inspiration and ideas, we turn over every stone to learn about local cultures and restaurant scenes—from dives and word-of-mouth treasures to fine dining and trendy hot spots—with the hope of building relationships within the local culinary community and creating the best menu for our guests.
WHAT IS GOCHUJANG?
Gochujang is a flavour-packed, go-to ingredient in Korean cooking, made with red chili peppers, sticky rice, fermented soybeans, and salt. The result? A red fermented paste that’s kinda spicy, kinda sweet, packed with umami flavour, and used as an anchor in all kinds of stews, marinades, sauces, and more.
To complement the gochujang, we finely chop and mix garlic and ginger into our glaze and finally, bring it all together with our kimchi slaw!
Around for a limited time
While developing our Korean-inspired menu our team worked closely with our culinary partners in Seoul to make sure it stayed true to its South Korean roots.
To do this, we thoughtfully sought out authentic ingredients and suppliers who made it possible to expand the menu nationwide to all our UK Shacks (phew!).
Behind the scenes in seoul
Our culinary team first visited South Korea in 2015, a year before opening our first Shack there in 2016. On this early trip, we fell in love with Seoul’s vibrant fried chicken scene and over the years visited (AKA ate ‘til we couldn’t) so many amazing joints it’s hard to keep track.
Now with 15 Shacks in South Korea, we’ve not only become huge fans of the diverse flavours found in Korean cuisine, but we’ve been able to share a menu full of Shack favourites to show our appreciation.
Working with our culinary partners in South Korea to get it *just-right*, we launched a local version of our menu for all our fans there, including our Gochujang Chick’n that became a hit across the country.
